DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods (such as holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather events or carrier delays).
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

RETURNS POLICY
We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow our policy below for a smooth process.
14-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund policy on all aprons, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Faulty Aprons: If you receive a faulty apron, please report it within 14 days of delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience and will resolve the issue promptly. Note that wear and tear damage beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact us at jordanna@cobella.co.uk within the specified timeframe. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorisation number to include with your return shipment.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
