Thank you for your interest in The Creative Retreat – a transformative 2-day experience for passionate hair professionals. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, please read the following booking terms: 📌 Booking Terms Your place on The Creative Retreat is only confirmed once full payment is received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email and pre-event details closer to the date. Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else (see below). 🔁 Ticket Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another qualified participant at any time up to 48 hours before the event. You must notify us via email with the new attendee’s full name, email address, and contact number. Transfers are free of charge. No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance without notice.
